1962 M422-A1 Mighty Mite. This is a very good restoration project or could be just a unique 4 X 4 runabout. It is serial number 3105 so it is one of the last built, it is not running but is very complete and the body is in excellent condition. The only things missing are the front seat backs. For those of you who may not be familiar with the M-422 series it was built exclusively for the U.S.M.C. in 1961 & 1962 ( less than 3200 built ), the body is all aluminum, V4 air cooled engine, posi-traction front and rear, independent suspension with Inboard brakes and 4 speed New Process transmission-transfer. 1953 M-35 Reo 6X6 with winch
This is a 55 year old truck in almost
new condition. Complete frame off restoration. Cab is reconditioned with no
rust. The following items are new: wiring, fenders, hard top, doors,
transmission, air shift transfer case, steering gearbox, seats, tires, cargo
cover, brakes, bearings and seals. Has two new convoy lights and the bed has
been Rino lined. Comes with extra complete engine and kit to rebuild it, the
carburetor needs to be rebuilt.
