1942 M3A1 White Scout Car

The current owner has owned this car since 1998. The car is a European return. The vehicle has been disassembled, everything blasted, primed and painted (34087). The transmission and transfer case have new bearings and seals installed. The motor has been completely rebuilt with new and NOS parts and the bottom end balanced. Motor has less than 800 miles since rebuild. New brakes lines, wheel cylinders and master cylinder. New clutch and pressure plate. The Scout Car is asbestos free. All original armor with the exception of the piece the bumper bolts to. The original damaged armor is included. Vehicle has NEW 8.25X20 NDT tires. NOS or rebuilt gauges and speedometer installed and working. Both fuel tanks and all gauges work. An electric fuel pump is installed under the passenger seat. Correct cloth wire harness installed, shielded coil box, distributor and wires on engine, early black plastic steering wheel with NOS “Ross” horn button. NOS “Hull” compass on the inside windshield frame. Skate rail pads are repo. Rear crew seats are repo, front seats are original with a mix of NOS and repo cushions front and rear. Complete interior floor has been redone in aluminum. The original steel floor is included. The vehicle has no canvas top but repo bows and extensions are installed. Also included are four replica guns, one Thompson, two 1917A1 water cooled guns, forty .30 dummy rounds in a cloth ammo belt, four oak ammo boxes with two cooling cans and hose kits in original canvas storage bags, one .50 replica machine gun with forty-four linked dummy rounds. The guns are all mounted on three trolleys, two 1917A1 cradles and one Long Tail .50 cradle. The Thompson storage rack on the left ammo box. Also included are two 1942 dated 1917A1 tripods. Other included items are a complete SCR-308 set, CH-74 cabinet with the correct PT-237 mount tray, MP-57 mast base, mic, headsets, intercoms, and SCR-308 radio manuals. Signal flags, spare MG barrel bags, original correct fire extinguisher, all the shop manuals, original canvas/leather covers for both .30 MGs, 10'X20' NATO burlap camo net and many more NOS and extra parts not listed here.

An Electric Fuel Pump With A Modern “Spin-Off” Fuel Filter Is Installed Under The Passenger Seat.

Seat/Shoulder Belts Are Installed For Driver And Passenger (Removable If Desired)
Heat Shield and Insulated Exhaust Pipe Are Installed Under The Passenger Seat. The Original Asbestos Pads Have Been Removed.
